Custom Kit FAQ.

How does bespoke formulation development work?
We start with a discovery call to understand your target claims, positioning, and market. Our team then develops 2–3 formulation iterations, sending samples at each stage for your sign-off. A development fee applies but is credited back against your first production order.
Can I launch in the EU on the Custom Kit?
Yes. For EU-authorised ingredients — curcumin, spirulina, and CoQ10 — we can prepare a full EU Novel Food compliance dossier as part of your Custom Kit. Note: ashwagandha is not EU Novel Food authorised and cannot be supplied for EU retail.
Are gummies available on the Custom Kit?
Yes. Gummies, sachets, effervescent tablets, and RTD shots are available in the Custom and Partner tiers. These formats require additional development time and tooling, which is factored into the 10–12 week timeline.
What happens to my formula after the Custom Kit order?
Your bespoke formula is held on file for easy reorders. Custom Kit formulas can be reordered at any time. If you upgrade to the Partner tier, you can add formula exclusivity — preventing us from selling the same base formula to any other brand.
